It’s okay. Cleans interior and exterior of car to a degree. The logistics of getting in, waiting in the same line that is for the two gas pumps, and getting through aren’t very optimized. Must be some reason for keeping the less-than-ideal layout post-remodel. Very workable for an okay cleaning job if you’ve got 45mins to kill, not great for a super detailed job. Will get you 90% there. Will return for the convenience.

First time I’ve brought the collar in since they had a major remodel and reopened. Extremely disappointed. The vacuum job was poor and I had to ask the guy to redo it. He told me he had already done it. I insisted and he vacuumed up a little bit more. The wash was perfunctory, and didn’t get nearly everything. The car was still dirty at the end, and I asked the guy wiping to address it and he ignored me and moved onto the next car. Next time I’ll go to my usual place on East 12th and fourth Avenue where they don’t make you pay until after they are done and you are satisfied with the work. Avoid.

$30 exterior car wash, initial by-hand wash, machine, and then by-hand towel dry. Spots were still dusty around my hatchback door and they didn’t clean off the spot that needed it the most - where someone poured wax on my car (I was able to wipe it off with my finger after leaving the car wash, so they definitely could’ve gotten it off).

I bought the the best wash offered and was told it could take up to an hour before complete. The lot is a bit crowded but there was a very sweet and helpful woman directing cars when and where to go. She even took my payment while I waited in line. After my car was vacuumed I pulled into the automated wash. I noticed the interior wasn't as detailed as I hoped for and I seen dust still in obvious places along the dash i didn't expect. I had tipped the guys either way. Honestly I think they simply ran a dry cloth throughout the vehicle and vacuumed. I didn't even get air freshener. They shined the tires with ArmorAll but the rim spokes were still dusty when I left the lot. They quickly dried the car but there again, was old dirt still sitting in the crevices that should be part of the detailed song: Make badges, trunk-fender, spoilers which ALWAYS have dirt that machines cannot reach. For $42 I expected more. In Los Angeles for $30 and quick, I got a much more detailed wash. I guess I'll keep looking for a quality car wash.

I’ve taken my cars here many times but after today will not be coming back. They cleaned the screen in my car with a corrosive and now it is delaminated and unusable. Cannot see the screen or use the touch screen. I spoke with the manager and she denied it and didn’t offer a refund. Posting here to hold them accountable as they did not hold themselves accountable. Very upset as this will be a very expensive fix.
